Este estudo discorre a respeito dos entendimentos sobre o sujeito e sua constituição a partir das obras de Michel Foucault e Jacques Lacan. Desnaturalizado, desessencializado, vazio, negativizado - seria esta a visão sobre o sujeito que Foucault e Lacan, cada qual a sua maneira, nos legam. Pretende-se trabalhar esse argumento na esteira de algumas interlocuções clássicas de Foucault com a psicanálise. Ter-se-á como fio condutor o debate em torno do complexo de Édipo e da possibilidade de sua superação no âmbito da psicanálise vista como método desconstrutivo de sentidos, principalmente a partir da "segunda clínica" lacaniana.

This study concerns the understandings about the subject and his constitution in the works of Michel Foucault and Jacques Lacan. In spite of several approach differences, the legacies of Foucault and Lacan are similar in the fact that the subject is envisioned as empty, negative and without any essence or nature. This argument is developed through some classical foucaultian afirmations about psychoanalysis. The axis of the article is the Oedipus complex question and the possibility of its surpassing in psychoanalysis when seen as a method for the deconstruction of senses, especially from the advent of Lacan's "second clinic".

A experiência clínica mostra que não se toca de maneira impune no nome pelo qual se presentifica a questão da filiação e do sentimento de identidade. A autora pesquisa o que subjaz às vacilações do sujeito quando ele é forçado a mudar de nome. É geralmente no momento da aquisição de uma nova nacionalidade que surge a exigência da alteração do nome. Essa mudança de status que confronta o sujeito, às vezes de maneira violenta, ao que há de mais íntimo, pode expô-lo ao caos quando ela ocorre como imperativo alienante ou como ideal de integração ou de posse. Com essa mudança, coloca-se também a questão do quadro jurídico dentro do qual se inscreve esse procedimento e o contexto societal, num período em que a paixão das origens ressurge de maneira sintomática.

Clinical experience teaches us that making changes to one's name, which acts as a manifestation of filiation and identity, is always a matter of great significance. This paper examines the reasons behind a subject's hesitation when faced with the prospect of a name change. Generally, a demand for such modification arises at the moment of acquiring a new nationality. This change of status confronts the subject, sometimes indeed violently, with what is most intimate to him, and can threaten him with chaos when it appears as an alienating imperative or as an ideal of integration or possession. The act of name changing also raises larger questions about its legal framework and societal context, in an age where we are seeing a renewed - and symptomatic - interest in the topic of origins.

O presente trabalho - situado no campo da Análise do Discurso de Pêcheux (AD), numa interface com a psicanálise - trata o interdito e o silêncio como constitutivos e fundadores do discurso. A lógica subjacente é a lógica lacaniana segundo a qual o excluído ou a contradição funda o possível. Para tal tarefa usamos as quatro modalidades da lógica alética aristotélica e tratamos o quadrado lógico. Propomos e construímos um quadrado do dito e da enunciação. As análises de alguns enunciados indicam a presença do impossível na linguagem, e atestam a importância, bem como a pertinência, de um tratamento modal da linguagem.

Within the field of Discourse Analysis (Pêcheux) and psychoanalysis, this work states interdiction and silence as constituents and founders of the discourse. In short, we claim that what makes it possible to say anything is that it is not possible to say it all, so something must remain unsaid. The logic principle here is that the contradiction, the excluded founds the possible. For such task we use the logic square. We also propose and build a square of the saying or of the utterances. The analysis made here points toward the existence of the impossible in language, and also indicates how important a modal approach of language can be.

A drogadição, embora presente em toda a história da humanidade, apresenta-se atualmente como uma expressão do mal-estar contemporâneo. Torna-se importante ocuparmo-nos de pensar o cenário atual, desde a nova ordem econômica mundial até as qualidades das relações interpessoais, para buscar possíveis relações deste no aumento de casos de adições. A partir desta proposta, abordamos a cultura enquanto fator contribuinte para a produção de identidades adictas já que anuncia a escassez de ideais compartilhados e de instâncias que ocupem o lugar da função paterna.

Abstract in English:

The drug addiction, although present throughout human history, presents itself today as an expression of contemporary malaise. It becomes important to concern ourselves to think about the current scenario, from the new world's economic order to the qualities of interpersonal relationships, to seek possible relationships to increase in the case of addictions. From this proposal, we treat culture as a factor contributing to the production of addicts' identities as it announces the scarcity of shared ideals and institutions that occupy the place of the Other.

Pretende-se discutir as possíveis relações entre o ato e o feminino, já que ambos apontam para a manifestação no real daquilo que escapa ao simbólico. Abordam-se as diversas modalidades do ato: passagem ao ato e acting out, saídas encontradas pelos sujeitos diante do mal-estar vivenciado por cada um, assim como a definição lacaniana do ato como uma transgressão de um limite simbólico, para se colocar a questão das relações entre ato e feminino.

Abstract in English:

The paper is focused on the possible relationships between the act and the feminine, inasmuch as both indicate the manifestation of the real in what is not captured by the symbolic. We consider different categories of act, from the acting out to the different solutions a subject may find to the malaise each one may experience, as well as the lacanian definition of act as a transgression to a symbolic limit, so as to approach the relations between the act and the feminine.

Toma-se por base minha tese de doutorado, na qual busco perscrutar os lugares possíveis para a subjetividade em uma época em que a ausência de obra expandiu-se para todos os meandros da constituição subjetiva, criando-nos dificuldades em nos tornarmos sujeitos. Os lugares que busco mapear e discutir neste artigo, norteada principalmente pelo movimento de constituição de obra que é realizado no campo das artes visuais, e a partir da discussão feita por algumas artistas sobre tais lugares desde suas produções, são o corpo e o feminino.

This article is based on my PhD thesis, where I aimed to find possible places for subjectivity process in a time when the absence of work has expanded itself to all aspects of subjective constitution, creating to us difficulties on becoming subjects. These possible places I try to locate and discuss in this article, mainly based on the mouvement of constituting artwork that is still done within the contemporary art field, as well as guided by the discussion developed by some female artists regarding these places within their productions, are precisely the body and the feminine.

Este trabalho objetiva a análise comparativa da noção de complexo de Édipo nas obras de Klein e de Winnicott, como forma de explicitar algumas diferenças e proximidades entre esses autores. Mostrou-se que, enquanto em Klein há a ideia de um Édipo precoce, base para a constituição do ser humano, ligado a fases pré-genitais e à relação do tipo parcial com os objetos, em Winnicott o complexo de Édipo aparece somente numa fase tardia do amadurecimento, quando o indivíduo já está integrado, caracterizando um desenvolvimento saudável.

Abstract in English:

This work introduces a comparative analysis of the concept of the Oedipus complex in the works of Klein and Winnicott, as a way to demonstrate some differences and proximities between these authors. It was shown that, while in Klein there is the idea of an early Oedipus complex, the basis for the constitution of human being, related to pre-genital phases and to a partial relationship with objects, in Winnicott the Oedipus complex appears only as a late phase of growth, when the individual is already integrated, featuring a healthy development.

Pretende-se explorar os impasses e as possibilidades do laço social na psicose. Destaca-se a dimensão de sacrifício pulsional em Freud, de gozo, em Lacan, como condição ao laço social, cuja origem remonta ao mito freudiano da superação da horda primeva através do crime primordial. O significante Nome-do-Pai inscreve tal evento no psiquismo, e está forcluído na psicose, gerando impasses no laço social. Porém, a aposta é que não haja impossibilidade, como revelam as vinhetas de um caso clínico em que um sujeito psicótico recorre a uma invenção para a exteriorização de gozo, promovendo alguma abertura ao laço social.

Abstract in English:

The present article seeks to explore the grave difficulties and possibilities of social bonding in psychosis. What stands out is the sacrifice dimension - concerning, in Freud, the drive and, in Lacan, the jouissance - as a condition for the establishment of a social bond which origins is traced back to the overcoming of the primal horde through the primordial crime. The Name-of-the-Father signifier inscribes such an event in the psyche and is forclosed in psychosis, which creates a grave difficulty in creating a social bond. However, the bet is that there is no impossibility, as it is shown in the excerpts of a clinical case in which the subject makes use of an invention that allows him to exteriorize the jouissance, hence promoting a certain possibility of establishing a social bond.

Pretende-se apresentar algumas especificidades para se identificar a clínica psicanalítica e analisar as condições de possibilidades para o trabalho analítico no hospital. Para isso, retomam-se as ideias de Ana Cristina Figueiredo referentes às condições mínimas para se caracterizar as especificidades da psicanálise. Essas questões serão articuladas, principalmente, aos artigos freudianos sobre a técnica psicanalítica. Conclui-se que é possível sustentar o trabalho analítico no hospital, mas isso depende da implicação do psicanalista nas especificidades dessa clínica e na exigência de um rigor ético de formalização de sua prática.

Abstract in English:

This paper has as main purpose to present some specificities in identifying the psychoanalytic clinic and analyzes the conditions of possibilities for the analytical work at the hospital. For that, it is recovered the ideas of Ana Cristina Figueiredo about the minimal requirements to characterize the specificities of the psychoanalytic clinic. These ideas are articulated, mainly, to the Freudian papers about the psychoanalytic technique. In conclusion, it is possible to sustain the analytical work at the hospital, but it depends on the psychoanalyst's involvement in the specificities of this clinic and in the requirement of an ethical rigor of its practice formalization.
