Resumo: Partindo das formulações de Birman e Hoffmann, Claude Allouch e Geneviève Morel, busca-se, na primeira parte deste artigo, destacar a importância de o campo psicanalítico dar continuidade à verdadeira interlocução que Lacan estabeleceu com Foucault, empreendendo agora uma interlocução entre a teoria lacaniana da sexuação e as práticas e teorias provenientes do movimento queer. Na segunda parte, serão abordados O diário de Herculine, publicado por Foucault, e Testo junkie, de Paul B. Preciado, indicando-se algumas das semelhanças e das diferenças entre os regimes disciplinar e “farmacopornográfico” teorizados por estes dois autores, assim como entre as duas modalidades de resistência que eles colocam em cena.

Abstract: Based on formulations by Birman & Hoffmann, Claude Allouch and Geneviève Morel, the first part of this paper attempts to highlight the importance of continuing, in the psychoanalytic field, the true interlocution Lacan established with Foucault, now establishing an interlocution between Lacan’s sexuation theory and the practices and theories coming from the queer movement. In the second part, the paper will approach Foucault’s Herculine Barbin: Being the Recently Discovered Memoirs of a Nineteenth-century French Hermaphrodite and Paul B. Preciado’s Testo Junkie, indicating some similarities and differences between the disciplinary and “pharmapornographic” regimes theorized by both authors, as well as between the two modalities for resistance they bring forth.

Resumo Este trabalho visa explorar a história da proscrição de candidatos gays à formação em psicanálise oferecida pelas instituições afiliadas à Associação Psicanalítica Internacional (IPA). Por meio de uma pesquisa realizada em arquivos, relatos e artigos publicados, encontrou-se que o movimento de visibilidade homossexual que se iniciou a partir dos anos de 1970 trouxe à luz tanto as práticas de proscrição quanto as racionalizações que lhes serviam de base. O desenvolvimento da teoria psicanalítica que, desde a morte de Freud, progressivamente patologizava a homossexualidade e o modelo institucionalizado da psicanálise são apontados como fatores-chave para a prática exclusória.

Abstract: This work aims to explore the historical proscription of gay candidates to the psychoanalytic training offered by the societies affiliated to the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA). Through a research made in reports, archives and bulletins, it was found that the homosexual visibility movement that emerged in the 1970s brought into light both the institutional prejudice and the rationalizations that grounded it. The development of psychoanalytic theory and the model of psychoanalytical institutionalization are pointed out as key factors for the exclusionary practice.

Resumo: A partir da análise crítica do modo pelo qual Lacan (1986) concebe a noção de prazer, em seu Seminário Livro VII, nosso objetivo é determinar as condições em que, considerando os critérios propostos por Aristóteles para definir tal noção, uma erótica pode resistir à tentação do gozo transgressor.

Abstract: From the critical analysis of the way in which Lacan (1986) understands the notion of pleasure in his Seminar Book VII, our goal is to determine the conditions under which, considering the criteria proposed by Aristotle to define such a notion, an erotic can resist to the temptation of the transgressor enjoyment.

RESUMO: Este artigo discute a formação do conceito de Nome do Pai de 1938 a 1958. Com esse propósito, divide-se a obra lacaniana em 3 etapas. Na primeira, o pai é concebido como imago na tese da primazia do imaginário. Na segunda, a função paterna é pensada como símbolo na teoria da intersubjetividade. Num terceiro momento, o Nome do pai é formulado como significante na teoria estruturalista. Discutem-se também os limites do conceito do Nome do pai no final dos anos 50 e apontam-se desdobramentos posteriores.

ABSTRACT: This paper discusses the formation of the concept of Name of the father from 1938 to 1958. For this purpose Lacanian work is divided into 3 stages. At first, the father is conceived as imago in the thesis of the primacy of the imaginary. In the second, the paternal function is thought as a symbol in the theory of intersubjectivity. Thirdly, the Name of the father is formulated as a signifier in the structuralist theory. The paper also discusses the limits of the concept of the Name of the father in the late fifties and points to further developments.

Resumo: O objetivo do artigo é discutir a função paterna, investigando no texto lacaniano formulações fundamentais sobre a função do pai e sua relação com o sujeito do inconsciente, a fim de situar a diferença dessa função com a apresentação situacional do pai na realidade social. Defende-se a leitura de que o papel social do pai e a função paterna, tal como proposta pela psicanálise e trabalhada por Lacan, são campos diferentes de constituição do problema, que, embora possam estar relacionados, não se determinam. Podemos dizer que confundir esses diferentes modos de análise acarreta conclusões equivocadas sobre o sujeito da psicanálise e sobre a clínica, como sugere Lebrun na sua proposta de “neossujeitos”.

Abstract: The aim of this article is to discuss the paternal function, inquiring in the lacanian literature, fundamental formulations about the father and its relationship with the subject of the unconscious, for the purpose of situate the difference of this function with the father situational presentation in the social reality. It stands up for that the father social role and the paternal function, as proposed by psychoanalysis and worked by Lacan, are different fields of constitution of the problem, although may be related, do not determine each other. We can state that confusing these different modes of analysis leads to misleading conclusions about the subject of psychoanalysis and the clinic, as Lebrun indicates in his proposal of “neo-subjects”.

RESUMO: Pretende-se neste artigo contextualizar a temática das depressões na neurose no cenário atual e, posteriormente, relacionar o abatimento e a deflação libidinal presentes nestes quadros com a função do desejo. Sugerimos que a depressão participa de uma nova economia libidinal na contemporaneidade. O depressivo contemporâneo vem caracterizando-se cada vez mais por uma posição de desistência dos embates inerentes à condição humana, refugiando-se cada vez mais numa posição protegida e paralisada, mais característica das inibições do que dos sintomas. Temas como os processos narcísicos e do luto surgem como horizonte para pensar as depressões neuróticas na contemporaneidade.

ABSTRACT: This article is intended to contextualize the issue of depression in the contemporary world in order to highlight the massive contingent of depression in the current scenario as formed by neurotics, and later to relate the depressive dejection and libidinal deflation present in these frames with the function of desire. We suggest that depression takes part in a new libidinal economy nowadays. The contemporary depression is characterized increasingly by a withdrawal position of the conflicts inherent in the human condition, increasingly taking refuge in a protected and paralyzed position more characteristic of inhibitions than the symptoms. Narcissism and mourning are central themes.

Resumo: Observa-se comumente, na clínica com pacientes neurológicos, quando o adoecimento apresenta sequelas cognitivas, um quadro psicopatológico cujas características permitem articulações com o modelo melancólico freudiano. Com base na análise de casos de pacientes neurológicos incluídos em uma pesquisa teórico-clínica em psicanálise, buscaremos desenvolver uma análise comparativa entre o processo de luto nestes sujeitos, decorrente da percepção de suas limitações cognitivas, e o quadro melancólico. A figura da nostalgia e a especificidade da experiência de perda relacionada às instâncias ideais serão alguns dos aspectos analisados.

Abstract: It is often observed in clinical care of neurological patients with cognitive sequelae the occurrence of a psychopathological condition whose traits are similar to Freud’s melancholic model. Based on the analysis of neurological cases included in a research in psychoanalysis, we intend to develop a comparative analysis of the mourning process in neurological patients, due to perception of their cognitive sequelae, and melancholic organizations. The nostalgic sentiment and the loss experience related to the ideal instances are some of the aspects analyzed.

Resumo: A proposta deste artigo é investigar o alargamento do raio de ação do método psicanalítico a partir da exploração do narcisismo como campo de pesquisa. Para tal, será efetuado um recuo aos primórdios da constituição da subjetividade, mais precisamente a uma época do desenvolvimento infantil que antecede o estabelecimento do status de unidade do eu. Esse avanço para trás amplia as possibilidades de escuta do material inconsciente não representado, abrindo o caminho para a inserção da qualidade da presença do analista no processo de associatividade.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to investigate the action scope extension of the psychoanalytic method from the exploration of narcissism as a field of research. To do so, a retreat will be made to the beginnings of the constitution of subjectivity, precisely the fase of child development that precedes the establishment of self-unity status. This backward investigation broadens the listening possibilities of the unconscious material, opening the space for the quality of the analyst's presence in the process of associativity.

Resumo: O presente artigo objetiva analisar a matriz metapsicológica do silêncio a partir das contribuições teóricas de Karl Abraham e Robert Fliess. Para Abraham, o silêncio é compreendido a partir dos conceitos de erotismo oral, uretral, genital e anal e da influência da libido e das zonas erógenas no desenvolvimento da personalidade e do caráter. Para Robert Fliess, o silêncio é entendido a partir do aparelho da linguagem descrito como uma descarga pulsional regressiva erótica, correspondendo assim a três formas particulares de fechamento esfincterianos: o silêncio erótico-uretral, o silêncio erótico-anal e o silêncio erótico-oral.

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the metapsychological matrix of silence from the theoretical contributions of Karl Abraham and Robert Fliess. To Abraham, silence is understood from the concepts of oral, urethral, genital and anal eroticism and the influence of libido and erogenous zones in the development of personality and character. To Robert Fliess, silence is understood from the language apparatus described as a regressive erotic instinctual discharge, thus corresponding to three particular forms of sphincter closure: the erotic-urethral silence, the erotic-anal silence and erotic oral silence.

RESUMO: Buscamos investigar o tema da feminilidade nas primeiras publicações de Melanie Klein (1921 a 1931). Partimos da ideia de que a autora, de forma ainda mais radical do que Freud, invertera a lógica clássica da constituição subjetiva do mundo ocidental: a de que o falo/masculino seria o ponto de partida para as diferenciações sexuais. Nesse sentido, a noção kleiniana de feminilidade fundamentaria a sua concepção própria de materno, que passou a ser plano de destaque em suas teorizações e, por conseguinte, a possibilidade de suas revisões sobre o complexo de Édipo e a proposição de novos conceitos.

ABSTRACT: This work intends to understand the theme of femininity in the first publications of Melanie Klein. We start from the idea that the author, even more radically than Freud, reversed the classical logic of the subjective constitution of the Western world: that the phallus/male would be the starting point for sexual differentiation. In this sense, the Kleinian notion of femininity would base his mother's own design that has become prominent in her theorizing plan and therefore the possibility of revisions on the Oedipus complex and the proposition of new concepts.

Resumo: Buscamos desenvolver a questão acerca da filiação platônica da psicanálise freudiana e lacaniana. Desta maneira, nossa primeira tarefa é questionar a imagem de Platão como filósofo dogmático, preocupado com a transcendência da Ideia e desprezando a singularidade sensível. Pelo contrário, veremos como é através de uma contradição imanente à filosofia platônica que podemos compreender como a psicanálise pode ser filiada ao projeto platônico, mas apenas se admitirmos que a verdade do discurso de Platão aparece em suas falhas inerentes. Procuraremos delinear o espaço da verdade na psicanálise como sendo causado pelo encontro com o que Lacan chamou de real, buscando compreender as relações do real com o platonismo.

Abstract: We seek to develop, in this paper, the question of the Platonic alliance of Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis. Thus, our first task is to question the image of Plato as a dogmatic philosopher, concerned about the transcendence of the Ideia and ignoring sensitive singularity. On the contrary, we'll look that is through an immanent contradiction in the Platonic philosophy that we can understand how psychoanalysis can be affiliated with the Platonic project, but only if we admit that the truth of Plato's discourse appears in its inherent flaws. We will seek to delineate the space of truth in psychoanalysis as being caused by the encounter with what Lacan called the real, trying to understand the relationship between the concept of real and platonic philosophy.

RESUMO: Os atuais retratos encontrados no âmbito da saúde mental infanto-juvenil e da Educação convocam a Psicanálise a se (re)inventar a fim de estar em diferentes sítios. Nesse sentido, este artigo busca sustentar a noção do oficineiro/pesquisador-catador-de-restos, problematizando se é possível forjarmos um modo, nas bordas da Psicanálise, Educação e Cinema, que nos auxilie na reinvenção de dispositivos de escuta e intervenção com sujeitos que vivem as nuances da passagem adolescente.

Abstract: The current pictures found in the framework of Mental Health and Education summons Psychoanalysis to (re)think itself in order to be in different places. For that matter, this article aims to support the notion of the workshoppers/researcher collector-of-remains, questioning if it is possible to forge a way, in the borders of Psychoanalysis, Education and Cinema, that can assist us in the reinvention of listening and intervention devices to the subjects who live the shades of the adolescent passage.

Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir a noção de verdade para a psicanálise em sua interface com o direito, para o qual a verdade é buscada nos fatos através de investigação; a psicanálise, por seu turno, busca desvelar a verdade nos ditos do sujeito. Tomaremos o filme A caça (Jagten), pois sua trama é tecida a partir da busca de comprovação de um fato supostamente ocorrido e baseado na fala de uma criança, tomada inicialmente como verdade. Assim, interrogamos a prática do Depoimento Sem Dano, que consiste em um inquérito feito com crianças, visando estabelecer a verdade dos fatos.

Abstract: This article aims to discuss the notion of truth to psychoanalysis in its interface with the law, for which the truth is sought in the facts through research; psychoanalysis, in turn, seeks to reveal the truth in the said subject. We will take the film The hunt (Jagten) because its plot is woven from the search for evidence of a fact allegedly occurred and based on the speech of a child, initially taken as truth. Thus, we question the practice of Testimony Without Damage, which consists of a survey with children, to establish the truth of the facts.
