RESUMO: O texto aborda a concepção dual de corpo para a psicanálise, resultante do processo de constituição do psiquismo, que inicia na sensação, passando pela memória e chegando na representação e simbolização. Em seguida, discute o conceito de sintoma, apresentando breve percurso nas principais escolas psicossomáticas, visando trazer a divergência em relação ao sintoma carregar ou não um sentido. Apesar das controvérsias e divergências para atendimento a pacientes somatizadores, há concordância em relação a algumas características dos pacientes somatizadores: dissociação afetiva; dificuldade de simbolização e no estabelecimento de vínculos afetivos. O manejo clínico desses pacientes requer ajustes, o analista deve constituir um vínculo transferencial que possibilite a tradução ou nomeação do inominável, sua interpretação e ressignificação para integração na psiquê.

Abstract: The text addresses the dual conception of the body for psychoanalysis resulting from the psychic constitution process, which begins in sensation, through memory and coming in the representation and symbolization. Then it discusses the concept of symptom, presenting a brief view into the main psychosomatic schools, aiming to bring the divergence in relation to the symptom to carry a meaning or not. Despite the controversies and divergences in the care of somatizing patients, there is agreement in relation to some characteristics of somatizing patients: affective dissociation; difficulty of symbolization and in the establishment of affective bonds. The clinical management of these patients requires adjustments, the analyst must constitute a transferential link that allows for the translation or naming of the unnameable, its interpretation and reframing for integration in the psyche.

RESUMO: Este texto surge de um estudo do corpo por meio da interlocução entre Gilles Deleuze e Jacques-Lacan acerca do conceito de évènement. O intuito primordial é efetuar aproximações e distanciamentos entre o pensamento filosófico, no que se refere ao conceito de évènement e a clínica de Lacan, a partir de sua proposta do sintoma como um acontecimento de corpo. Essa conversação avançará através de uma revisão bibliográfica da noção deleuziana de corpo sem órgãos e da noção lacaniana de corpo-saco, com vistas a uma apreensão das principais acepções, a fim de cingir o que vem a ser um évènement.

Abstract: This text starts from a study of the body through the dialogue between Gilles Deleuze and Jacques-Lacan about the concept of évènement. The primary purpose is to make approximations and distances between philosophical thought, with regard to the concept of évènement and Lacan’s clinic, based on his proposal of the symptom as a body event. This conversation will advance through a bibliographic review of the Deleuzian notion of body without organs and the Lacanian notion of body-sac, with a view to apprehending the main meanings, in order to limit what comes to be an évènement.

RESUMO: Com base nas propostas de Freud e Lacan, visamos tratar do lugar e da função do corpo do analista como condições para a sustentação da clínica. Para isso, destacamos quatro diferentes contextos de atuação: o consultório; o trabalho nos dispositivos das redes de saúde e assistência psicossocial; o acompanhamento terapêutico e atendimentos online. Pensando a clínica psicanalítica em termos de tática, estratégia e política, encontramos que o ato analítico seria norteado pela ética da psicanálise e assegurado na sustentação da posição do analista enquanto presença - ponto de convergência que permite a inserção do psicanalista nos campos de atuação citados.

Abstract: Based on the propositions of Freud and Lacan, we aim to approach the place and function of the analyst’s body as conditions for the sustenance of the clinic. For this, we highlight four different work contexts: the clinic; public healthcare networks and psychosocial care; therapeutic accompaniment and online treatment. Thinking the psychoanalytic clinic in terms of tactic, strategy and politics, we found that the analytical act to be guided by the ethics of psychoanalysis and ensured in sustenance of the position of the analyst as a presence - a point of convergence that allows the insertion of the psychoanalyst in the aforementioned work contexts.

RESUMO: O sistema mnêmico do eu (Icherinnerungssystem) consiste em uma das contribuições teóricas mais originais de Sándor Ferenczi. Propomos, no presente artigo, colocar essa concepção em evidência, rastreando seus antecedentes, expondo detalhadamente sua formulação e, finalmente, seguindo seus desdobramentos. Consideramos que o antecedente da concepção de sistema mnêmico do eu localiza-se na experiência de Ferenczi com a neurose de guerra. Quanto aos seus desdobramentos, indicamos que ele participa, de maneira decisiva, na construção de um dos múltiplos modelos de clivagem desenvolvidos por Ferenczi na sua clínica do trauma.

Abstract: The mnemic system of the ego (Icherinnerungssystem) consists of one of the most original theoretical contributions by Sándor Ferenczi. We propose, in this article, to put this conception in evidence, tracing its antecedents, exposing its formulation in detail and, finally, following its unfolding. We consider that the antecedent of the conception of the mnemic system of the ego lies in Ferenczi’s experience with war neurosis. As for his developments, we indicate that it participates, decisively, in the construction of one of the multiple splitting models developed by Ferenczi in his clinic of trauma.

RESUMO: Descreveremos o processo paradoxal de poder que constitui a sujeição psíquica segundo Judith Butler e sua relação com a constituição do psiquismo em psicanálise. A interlocução entre Butler e a psicanálise deve-se ao fato de que a autora se utiliza de um aporte teórico psicanalítico no desenvolvimento das ideias. Veremos como o poder opera na internalização da consciência de culpa, e como são ambivalentes e dinâmicos os efeitos do poder na neurose e nos processos de sujeição social. Finalmente, veremos que esse poder opera na ordem fundamental das coisas, de onde se origina o desejo manifesto na realidade a partir de uma ação ética.

Abstract: We will describe the paradoxical process of power that constitutes psychic subjection according to Judith Butler, and its relation to the psychic constitution in psychoanalysis. The interlocution between Butler and psychoanalysis is due to the fact that the author uses a psychoanalytical theoretical input in the development of ideas. We will see how power works in the internalization of the consciousness of guilt, and how ambivalent and dynamic the effects of power are in neurosis and processes of social subjection. Finally, we will see that this power operates in the fundamental order of things, from which the desire manifested in reality originates from an ethical action.

RESUMO: Um dos efeitos das transformações contemporâneas é a ausência de referência para o eu, em face de que o nível de angústia se eleva. O presente artigo objetiva colocar em discussão a política do aparecimento e desaparecimento das imagens na contemporaneidade e suas consequências clínicas. Resultado parcial de uma pesquisa que visa investigar a ascensão vertiginosa das imagens e o declínio da função das palavras na subjetividade contemporânea. Diante da angústia paralisante, impõe-se uma política da existência que remarque o lugar da singularidade a fim de que o sujeito do inconsciente apareça.

Abstract: One of the effects of contemporary transformations is the absence of reference to the self, as the level of anguish rises. This article aims to discuss the politics of the appearance and disappearance of contemporary images and their clinical consequences. It is one of the results of a larger research that aims to investigate the dizzying rise of images and the decline of the function of words in contemporary subjectivity In the face of paralyzing anguish, a politics of existence is imposed that re-marks the place of singularity so that the subject of the unconscious appears.

RESUMO: Em busca de saber se o insignificante pode ou não falar, este artigo se detém na poética proferida de Stella do Patrocínio, articulando os campos da psicanálise, da teoria da literatura e da filosofia. Discute-se, para tanto, o que é simbolizável no discurso delirante, e o que permanece à margem, impedido de ser interpretado totalmente. A metáfora, enquanto elaboração do Simbólico, norteia esta investigação, ao trazer para a discussão o pensamento estruturalista das figuras de linguagem, e uma orientação pós-estruturalista, que não toma a linguagem como código, mas como fluxo, a subverter a lógica da representação.

Abstract: In search of whether the insignificant can speak or not, this article focuses on Stella do Patrocínio’s poetics, articulating the fields of psychoanalysis, literature’s theory and philosophy. Therefore, it discusses what is symbolizable in the delirious discourse, and what remains on the sidelines, prevented from interpreting itself. Metaphor, while elaborating the Symbolic, guides this investigation, by bringing to the discussion the structuralist thinking of figures of speech, and a post-structuralist orientation, which does not take language as code, but as flow, to subvert the logic of representation.

RESUMO: Neste artigo, a autora, norteada pela proposição de Lacan em seu seminário 21, Les non-dupes errent, de que o horror preside o saber, e utilizando da teoria dos discursos lacanianos como base metodológica, examina a estruturação do saber psiquiátrico a partir de dois momentos fundamentais: o seu surgimento com a clínica pineliana e rompimento com as práticas do alienismo, e sua modernização no final do século XIX com as proposições da psiquiatria biologizante de Emil Kraepelin. Sustentamos que o percurso da psiquiatria desde a sua constituição até o presente momento se assenta no horror suscitado pela loucura.

Abstract: In this article, the author, guided by Lacan’s proposition in her 21st seminar, Les non-dupes errent, that horror presides over knowledge, and using the theory of Lacanian discourses as a methodological basis, examines the structuring of psychiatric knowledge from two fundamental moments: its emergence with the Pinelian clinic and break with the practices of alienism, and its modernization in the late nineteenth century with the propositions of Emil Kraepelin’s biologizing psychiatry. We maintain that the path of psychiatry from its constitution to the present moment is based on the horror aroused by madness.

RESUMO: O artigo refaz o percurso de Freud desde a exclusão de das Ding até o surgimento da dimensão da objetalidade por meio da constituição da realidade estruturada como fantasia. Com Lacan, coloca-se em evidência o objeto a como causa do desejo no Seminário da Angústia, no qual se discute a caducidade dos objetos que estabelecem bordas pelas quais a libido irá se deslocar em busca do objeto perdido. Enfim, aborda-se o colapso da objetalidade na vigência do discurso do capitalista. Em particular, é sublinhado o engodo desse discurso que faz supor acessível o objeto perdido na forma dos gadgets que a cada vez renovam a promessa de mais gozar.

Abstract: The article retraces Freud’s path from the exclusion of das Ding to the emergence of the dimension of objectality through the constitution of reality structured as fantasy. In Lacan´s Seminary of Anguish, it is highlighted the concept of object taken as cause of desire, resulting from his discussion of the downfall of the objects that establish the borders through which the libido will move in search of the lost object. At the end, the collapse of objectality caused by the capitalist discourse is examined. In particular, the deception of this discourse is underlined, as it makes it seem as if the lost object is accessible in the form of gadgets that each time renew the promise of more enjoyment.

RESUMO: Neste trabalho, alguns elementos centrais da teorização do psicanalista Heinz Kohut serão tomados como norteadores para a circunscrição desse autor dentro de um campo de reflexão de certas questões da atualidade. Para isso, será realizado um mapeamento de algumas coordenadas do ponto de vista sociológico sobre o mundo ocidental desde a década de 1970, em uma aposta de que o autor da psicologia do self pode oferecer ferramentas importantes para uma leitura psicanalítica acerca do cenário atual.

Abstract: In this work, some central elements about the psychoanalyst Heinz Kohut theorization will be taken as guiding for the circumscription of this author within a field of reflection of certain nowadays issues. For this, a mapping of some coordinates from the sociological point of view on the Western world will be carried out since the 1970s, in a bet that the author of the psychology of the self can offer important tools for a psychoanalytical reading about the current scenario.
